Privacy Policy

UNITI ("we", "us", "our") operates the AI · Generative AI · Agentic AI Career Guidance Program member portal at uniti.team. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your country code and phone number
• Your password (stored as a salted hash; we cannot read it) or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google

While you use the site, we also store:

• Which sessions you've watched (progress)
• Comments and posts you create
• Bookmarks you save in videos
• Sign-in timestamps

How we use it

• To deliver the training program — show you sessions, track progress, issue certificates
• To communicate with you — verification emails, password reset, session reminders, weekly digests, important announcements
• To moderate the community feed and comments
• To improve the program (anonymized aggregate use, e.g. "X% of members watched Day 5")

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train external AI models.

Third-party services

To run the site we rely on:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS
• Resend — sending transactional emails (verification, broadcasts)
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in with Google
• YouTube — video playback (videos are unlisted; YouTube may still set its own cookies when you watch)

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We minimize what we send to them.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (so you stay signed in). We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Update your name, phone number, or password from your account
• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data (this is irreversible — including any comments, posts, and bookmarks you created)
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails

Data retention

We retain your information while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal or operational reasons.

Children

The program is intended for users 18 years and older. If you believe a child under 18 has registered, please contact us so we can remove the account.

Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, signed URLs for files. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email.
