UNITI is a non-profit training initiative for working professionals and career-changers who want to build real, practical skills in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Our flagship program is a 20-day cohort-based course that takes members from foundational concepts through building production LLM applications — at no cost to them.

What we do

We run a structured 20-session training program over roughly seven weeks. Each session is a live workshop on Zoom (Mon–Thu evenings US Pacific / Tue–Fri mornings India) plus a recorded video and a supporting document available in the member library. Members participate in a community feed for questions, share their wins, and earn a completion certificate after watching all 20 sessions.

Beyond training

The program continues past the recorded sessions into career guidance, job assistance, and real client engagements through the UNITI and partner network. We don't end at training — we walk with our members all the way to working professionally with AI.

Who runs this

The program is led by Pavan Sunkara, an AI practitioner who builds production AI systems and mentors the next generation of AI engineers. Sessions, curriculum, and member support are coordinated by him directly along with sponsoring organizations including Clyptus, reobot.ai, virmi.ai, and AURA Fusion.

Free for members

UNITI is funded by sponsors and runs free for members. We do not charge for tuition, materials, certificates, or community access.
